Mental Health Ireland ‘Hello How Are You?’ Campaign 2023

The ‘Hello How Are You?’ campaign run by Mental Health Ireland is entering it’s second year, with an official day of action on 30th March. We support this campaign as it aligns quite closely with the messaging behind the USI ‘Open Up’ campaign – both encourage more open conversatino around mental health.

The HELLO in the title of the campaign is an acronym which outlines the steps to engage in a meaningful conversation about mental health with someone:
